Final Walk Through

Service Description

Agent will attend the Buyers final walk through and make sure all items in the contract had been executed. (appliances and personal property) Agent will also check that fuel pro-rations are accurate on the closing disclosure. Agent will collect lock box, keys and garage door openers and bring them to the closing.
