Agent will write up the offer. Agent will provide all property disclosures to the buyer, collect signatures. Agent will provide all necessary state and federal disclosures to the buyer, collect signatures. Agent will collect EMD from Buyer. Agent will collect Pre-qualification letter/Proof of funds letter. Agent will deliver offer and EMD to the Seller or Seller's Agent.
